Scott is currently the Corporate Director of Emergency Services at Virtua, the largest health care system in Southern New Jersey. Virtua EMS is a comprehensive EMS system that includes initial training of both EMTs and Paramedics, BLS services, the SouthStar aeromedical service and a Mobile Intensive Care Unit that handles more than 50,000 ALS calls each year in Burlington and Camden Counties. Scott's EMS career began as a volunteer EMT in Massachusetts where he went on to spend nearly 20 years as a field provider at both the BLS and ALS levels. Scott served as the Executive Director of the Metropolitan Boston EMS Council and the Director and Chief of EMS in Worcester Massachusetts. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Biology and a Master's degree in Civil Engineering, both from Tufts University. Scott can be reached by email at skasper@virtua.org

Jeff Behm is the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for MONOC, the Monmouth-Ocean Hospital Services Corporation which is a non-profit hospital cooperative with acute care hospital members including the Barnabas Health System, the Meridian Health System, CentraState Medical Center, Deborah Heart and Lung, Palisades Medical Center and Saint Michael’s Medical Center. MONOC operates the single largest MICU program in the State of New Jersey. In addition to MICU services, MONOC provides a full complement of mobile health services that include air medical transport and scene medevac response, interfacility specialty care transport, basic life support general transport and emergency medical services at the basic life support level for several municipalities around New Jersey.
